As the Dean of Student Engagement/导演 of Assessment, 利亚Adinolfi provides oversight to six units within 差’s Division of Student Life & Enrollment. These include the D.P. Culp学生中心 Operations, 学生活动及组织, Leadership & Civic Engagement, 兄弟会和姐妹会生活, ID and Tech Services and Campus Dining Services. 博士。 Adinolfi also helps to facilitate strategic planning and assessment of programs across the Division.

Responsible for directing all functions of the day to day operations while ensuring proper safety and security measures of the P. Culp学生中心. The 导演 is responsible for supervising the reservation process, the maintenance of the physical facility and the Technical Services Department. Also serves as liaison to the Facilities Management and Telecommunications Departments.

Provides administrative support to the Dean of Student Engagement/导演 of Assessment, the 导演 of The 学生中心, 学生活动及组织, Fraternity & Sorority Life, and 领导力与公民参与. Manages budget accounts for the above departments. Oversee the budget administration for SGA BUC Fund allocations and the Student Activities Allocation Committee. Oversees student/student organization reservations in the D.P. Culp学生中心 reservable spaces.

Provides facilities event assistance to the 导演 of The 学生中心. Key responsibilities include meeting with facility user clients to determine space, equipment, and event needs, coordinating resources with varioius university departments and outside community groups. Assists with managing event logistics while providing excellent client service to maintain positive stakeholder relationships.

Provides administrative support to the 导演 of The 学生中心. Supervises evening and weekend operations. Responsible for training and development for the evening and weekend student worker staff, as well as evening and weekend Activities Supervisors. Oversees the day to day audio/visual reservation requests, purchases, and maintenance. Supervises the full time and part time Electronic Technician staff. Coordinates with on campus and off campus communities that include facilities management, food service, and custodial services to secure resources and staff support for events.
