ETSU at Kingsport provides two campuses for the community.
Kingsport Allandale Campus
Allandale campus is located near the Allandale Mansion at 1501 University Boulevard. Course offerings include: general education, ETSU/HVMC Accelerated BSN program; Early Childhood Education program.
Kingsport Downtown Campus
ETSU at Kingsport Downtown is located within the Academic Village at 300 W. Market St.-- Transfer referrals for various academic majors and Kingsport Alliance for Continued Learning (KACL).

Inclement weather or closure
ETSU at Kingsport Allandale: Register for ETSU Safe. ETSU sends important information to your cell phone and email account in the event of an emergency or university closure. If ETSU JC Campus closes, all locations are closed. Inclement weather or emergency situations may warrant closure of a Kingsport location. In this event, you will be notified and we ask that you notify your students via email/D2L-another reason to encourage students to check D2L daily.
ETSU at Kingsport Downtown: Register for BOTH ETSU Safe and Northeast State NeSCC Alert. Because the downtown location is in the Kingsport Center for Higher Education (KCHE), it follows Northeast State’s inclement weather policy. ETSU students follow both: If ETSU is closed or on a delay, you do not attend. If Northeast State is closed or on a delay, you do not attend.
