The U. S. Department of State accepts only personal checks or money orders for their payment. Cash must be used to purchase money orders. ETSU accepts cash, check, credit or debit cards for their portion of the payment. Please bring your form of payments with you to your appointment.

DO NOT PAY ONLINE when filling out the passport application. All first time applicants pay when submitting their application at an acceptance facility.
