Tim Altonen serves as the Assistant Director of Engineering, focusing on equipment
repairs and software/hardware troubleshooting. He earned his degree in Broadcasting
(now RTVF) in 2007 and an MA from the Art and Digital Media Departments' New Media
Studio Program in 2014. As an active local filmmaker with films available on multiple
streaming platforms, Tim uses his practical experience to guide students in anticipating
and solving issues during their film projects.
