Samuel Beale received his B.A. in History and a minor in Ethnic Studies from Milligan College in 2012 and his M.A. in History from 差 in 2014. His main research interest include 19th Century United States history with emphasis on antebellum reform movements and Civil War diplomacy. In his spare time he enjoys reading, hiking, playing with his dog "Rosie," going to see new movies, playing trivia with his friends, and seeing new places with his wife (Maegan Beale).
